Our minimum order is 100 kg. If you need a different quantity, tell us how many bags you require. We assess the dimensions, thickness and packaging specifications to suggest an alternative that suits your needs.

Tell us the dimensions, preferably in inches, the quantity you need and what you will pack. Specify whether you want coloured, white or transparent bags, and whether printing is needed on one or both sides, including the number of colours. You can also send dimensions in centimetres and a reference photo; we will help you define the specifications.

Manufacturing takes 20 business days. We confirm the delivery date when your order is confirmed.

Our usual terms are a 50% deposit when placing the order and 50% on delivery. Customers with approved credit follow their agreed payment terms.

Yes. We manufacture custom packaging and can print your brand. You can supply the artwork, or we can help develop it if you are starting from scratch.

Pricing depends on the material, dimensions, thickness, additives and processes required, including printing and finishes. We calculate the price per kilogram and its equivalent per bag. Printing is an additional cost included in the quote.

Yes. Delivery in Bogotá is included at no additional charge. We also ship to other cities; the customer pays for transport.

Yes. Samples are free of charge. If you need them shipped, you pay for transport.

All our packaging is made to order, according to each customer’s needs.

All our bags manufactured with this additive carry the printed wording “Pelife Bioglow” at the bottom. Its presence can also be identified under ultraviolet (UV) light, where the bags show a blue response. Flexor holds certification issued directly by P-Life supporting the purchase and use of this additive in our bags. Contact our team to confirm the scope of the documentation applicable to your order.
